5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. The Patient must provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule appointments.
b. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of the appointment.
6. Discontinuation of Treatment:
a. The Provider reserves the right to discontinue IVF treatment if it is deemed medically necessary or if the Patient fails to comply with treatment protocols.
7. Refund Policy:
a. The Provider's refund policy, if applicable, will be provided to the Patient separately.
8. Follow-Up and Monitoring:
a. The Patient must attend all scheduled follow-up appointments and monitoring as instructed by the Provider.
